2 Days
I have two days left of my 20's. It is really starting to set in. I can't believe that I will be 30 on Saturday. I hope you all have a great weekend, and I don't want to hear any old people jokes.

Margarita Wednesday
So we are reinstating Margarita Wednesdays here in CO. I will be drinking virgin ones in case your worried. If you don't remember what Margarita Wednesday is, let me fill you in. Some friends and I decided that we would get together once a week (it happened to be one Wednesdays), have dinner and margaritas. This worked great during the summer. We let the kids run wild, and have a chance to unwind. I also urged everyone out there to join us, start one of your own. So I am going to do that again. Get together with some good friends, have dinner, and drinks. It doesn't have to be Wednesdays, any day of the week that works for you. If you don't have close friends in your area, I urge you to invite your neighbors over. It would be a great way to make some new friends.
So have a Happy Margarita Wednesday!!!

Really?
So the other day I saw a commercial and I thought, really? It was a prescription to make your eye lashes grow longer. My first thoughts are why is this a medical condition? How many millions of dollars did the drug company put into developing this, when other things like say Cancer or Aids still haven't been cured. Secondly, and I really that obsessed about my eye lasses that I would make a doctors appointment to go get the prescription? Really are we really clogging up our doctors offices with little trivial things like I want thicker fuller eye lashes?
Really? This is all I am saying Really?

The Verdict
So I guess we still have no real idea on what we think this baby is going to be. The poll results were 50/50 boy girl. Also there were two votes for don't find out. I still haven't decided on whether or not I will, but we still have a little less than 6 weeks until my next ultrasound, so I have time to decide.
On other topics, Kris and I had a crazy weekend. After work on Friday, we drove the six plus hours to get to his mothers house. We spent the night. Socialized a little, got some sleep. Had breakfast and were back on the road, towards KC. On the way we stopped in a little town of Abeline and ate awesome fried chicken, at a place called Brookeville Hotel. If you are ever driving thru Kansas you should stop there. Its the best fried chicken diner ever. I also love their coleslaw. Kris doesn't like regular coleslaw and even he likes this stuff. The meal is also served with creamed corn, mashed potatoes and gravy, cottage cheese, and other condiments. Ice cream is also served if you left room for it.
Anyway We made it to KCMO for a wedding of a childhood friend of Kris'. This was very exciting for him, to be able to catch up with old friends. Any wedding that we are able to attend while he is home, we do.
So Sunday we started our almost 10 hour drive back here to CO. We stopped back in his home town to have lunch with his dad for Fathers day. Also to pick up Kyle who was being babysat for the night by his Mima. By the time we got home on Sunday night none of us really wanted to do anything. I am sick of being in the car. I have been avoiding anything longer than a 5 minute car trip all week.
One other thing this road trip made me thankful for is dry heat. I forgot just how humid it gets in Kansas. I swear it feels like a 20 -30 degree deference between our two states.
I LOVE DRY HEAT!

Boy or Girl???
So with Kyle we didn't find out what we were having. This drove people nuts. This time round people keep asking us if we are going to find out. I am still on the fence. Kris wants to know, and he wants to know now.
What do you think, should we find out? And do you think its a boy or a girl? I am going to attempt to put a poll up to see what you guys think. Please vote. You can choose more than one answer. Just don't pick boy and girl. ;)
