1. lolly-water- I was going to guess toilet water. Glad Carrie beat me to that one.

2. cozzie-A Japanese pilot with suicidal tendencies

3. Purler-A knitter (you know, knit one, purl two)

4. Slag-the slack in a string or rope

5. Stubbie-A sore toe???

This is starting to feel like a game of Balderdash! I like it.

Doggone it. I thought I had that purler one.

You know, I could look them up on the internet, but that would be cheating.

Let me get help from my kids. I'm thinking we're not going to get any on this try either. LOL. Here are their answers:

2. Cozzie-custard (Jonathan), a type of granola bar (Emily)
3. Purler-a hair curler (Jonathan), somebody doing a triple cartwheel (Emily)
4. Slag-flag (Jonathan is rhyming, ya think?), another word for slang (Emily)
5. Stubbie-pointy but smooth hands (Emily) a man who needs to shave (me)

2. Cozzie- a person who takes part in LOTS of charity work.
3. Purler-An old woman named Perla
4. Slag-A bum leg
5. Stubbie-A name brand of soap??? (Emily insists I put this)
